condition since new has been cessna progressive maintained; flown by utah dps professional pilots; logs show no damage; very good records; hangared; looks good for times and age; very tight flying aircraft; the stec 60-2 really locks on; king equipped; ready to go anywhere; ifr.
performance (book) 75% power = 175kts - 14 gph ... useful load = 1,200#.
COMMENTS a bargain.  why spend $400,000+ for a 2006 "fixed" gear turbo skylane?  the '79 retract is 20kts faster.  same useful load, better gas mileage and will return more of your investment at the time of resale!
